Dr. Chris Crumley has more than 25 years experience working in the areas of financial management, budgeting, accounting and contract administration in both government and industry. Crumley is a member of the Sigma, Beta, Delta International Honor Society in Business, Management and Administration (graduated with highest distinction) and the American Management Association. Primarily, he has taught accounting and finance courses with the Keuka China Program, but organization theory and behavior, human resources management, and strategic management as well. The topic of his dissertation was “A Study of the Relationship between Firm Performance and CEO Compensation in the United States Commercial Banking Industry.” His research interests include executive compensation and other management issues. He has presented at conferences, written articles for scholarly publications, submitted book reviews, and contributed to books authored by colleagues. He has taught Introduction to Business, Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, International Accounting, Management and Leadership Development, International Business, Business Financial Management, and Entrepreneurial Finance at the undergraduate level at other institutions. At the graduate level Crumley has taught Managerial Accounting, Integrated Marketing Communications, Global Operations and Strategic Management.
